Just came back from my trip to South Asia. I stayed over a week in Lotus boutique Hotel in Hanoi. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in many hotels in many countries, and I was pleasantly surprised at the unique details of the accommodations in this hotel. Location was great. In the center of Old Quarter with French Quarter and lakes and many other attractions within walking distance. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were quiet and nice sizes. The buffet breakfast was incredible. It had a very large choice of Vietnamese and Western foods. But what make unique is the super professional and friendly staff, and their great hospitality. Alex (Hotel Manager) goes extra mile to assure guests get the help they need. He helped us with booking trips, activities, transportation and more. Jennie is very professional and nice. She often approaches the guest to make sure that everything is to their liking. Th delicious break fast is a good start for the day. Huong at front desk does a great job and take care of anything you ask immediately and precisely. This Hotel is a real 5+ Hotel and the staff are a real A++ Team.

Great location for a great hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. Short walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Church, and a host of other things to be seen. You can easily hail a cab or call a Grab here. Lots of restaurants and shops right outside the lobby doors. You're right in the center of the action. Was pleasantly surprised how well kept the hotel is. Rooms were very clean, modern and nice. We'd inquired ahead about a baby cot and another one for a 9 year old, both cots were set up in both rooms with nothing to worry about. Staff was always helpful and available. They even offered to hold and transfer our luggage to our next hotel during our one night Ha Long cruise. Very proactive and professional all around, have to give special thanks to Mr. Alex for a job well done. He stayed in touch with us before, during, and at the conclusion of our visit and helped ensure we were taken care of. That's also to say all staff were great there. Restaurant and breakfast spread were perfect for the trip too. All around great stay, hoping to stay here again on the next visit.

The best things about this hotel are its location, friendly & helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. With only a few days in Hanoi, the hotel proved a perfect base to explore the Old Quarter by foot. Importantly, the room was a haven to escape the heat and busyness of the city. The staff on the front desk were very helpful & knowledgable giving directions and information for exploring. They were able to book me a coach tour day trip to Nimh Bihn national park, with collection & drop off from the hotel door. Highly recommended. They can also arrange trips to Halong Bay. Transfers to the airport were also easily arranged by the hotel. The porters are extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast is a simple buffet with a good selection of cooked eggs available to order. The fruit selection was nice but the orange juice could do with improving. All in all, a great stay and lill happily return if l find myself back in Hanoi.

Hotel team are honestly amazing, such great customer service. Anna saw I had travelled from the Canada on short notice so assisted me with booking the ha long bay day tour with a limousine bus which even had massage chairs. Highly recommend her to book any activities or trips from Hanoi to anywhere. The price she quoted was the same as the actual company so no extra charge. Also, the team knew I had been travelling a lot as I had been to Ninh Binh so they upgraded me to a bigger room with a bathtub and assisted with all the queries and honestly would stay here if I was ever back in the area. For the price you pay. Location is ideal. 2 min walk from the train street and it's in old quarter so 10/15 min from most sightseeing locations. Bed is comfy. Room is ok nothing too fancy but for the pricey you pay deffo worth it.

We were pleasantly surprised with our Hotel, including the room size and extras (for instance rose petals, complimentary fruit and other snacks, up market water, etc.), the service was excellent! As well as looking after us in every way, they held one of our cases whilst we visited Halong Bay, and it was in our upgraded room on our return. They simply couldn't do enough for us! The Restaurant was amazing, with a French influence as well as local, giving many choices for us, and as we only ate there during our stays, could not fault anything and complimented everyone on a job well done! The position was also great and we would recommend Lotus boutique hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you!
